Cancellation and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we are committed to providing you a positive shopping experience and have established a Cancellation and Return Policy in an attempt to ensure your satisfaction.  The following outlines our Cancellation and Return policy by product type.  Note that at this time we do not ship outside the US.

 

Order Cancellation

For orders cancelled that have not yet been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 20% cancellation fee.  You should contact us at Service@eroticelation.com immediately if you decide to cancel the order.  We will not accept order cancellation request if the order(s) have been shipped.  Having contacted us does not guarantee your order will be cancelled as our order processing department and/or affiliates work separately from our Service Department.  Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability.

Returns and Exchanges

Many of the products we sell are of a personal nature and due to FDA regulations, local health regulations, and for the health and protection of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product or garment that covers or touches any part of the genital or buttocks area.

In addition, all sales are final for the following items: sale items, special order items, clearance items, intimate apparel, hosiery, swimsuits, lingerie, lubes, accessories, and any personal items.

We will be fully responsible for direct manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed as a store credit.  For all other items that may be accepted for return shipping cost will not be refunded.  Note in an effort to expedite the initial return-ability of a product, we may request photos, video, or other means of product defectiveness identification via email prior to accepting the product for return and hence your cooperation will help to expedite the return process.

DO NOT accept or open your shipment if the package shows signs of external damage.  If you should receive an item damaged in shipment, please notify us on the day you received the shipment by sending an email to Service@eroticelation.com and make sure to include the Shipping Tracking Number, pictures of the damaged box (several pictures from different angles and distance is preferred), and retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.).  Repackage the product just like you received it and we will coordinate for the delivery service to pick from your address and return it to us for reprocessing of your damaged products. 

We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost merchandise for any products that are returned to us and therefore highly recommend that customer request delivery or signature confirmation for all return packages.  All items that have been delivered to us and refused for return and that have not received payment for return shipping within 5 business days of notification to the customer will be processed through our returns department and expunged from our facility.

FOR US TO ACCEPT A PACKAGE FOR RETURN YOU MUST CALL AND OBTAIN AN RA# AS THIS NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.

Clothing:

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.  Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received, must have original tags attached, and be returned in the original undamaged packaging.  Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender at their expense.  No exceptions will be made.  Any items returned that is refused will be returned to sender upon sender’s payment of return shipping.  All exchanges will receive a store credit if the exchange for the same item is not available.

Accessories and Jewelry:

Because of the nature of many of our Jewelry and Accessory items these are NON RETURNABLE.  This includes but is not limited to body tattoos, ticklers, restraints, BDSM items, pasties of any kind.  If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange your product for an identical item.  You must have the original packaging and you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Returns without an RA# are not accepted and will be returned to customer only after shipping charges for return have been paid.

Books, Videos, Educational

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.  Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received and must have original tags attached, and be returned in the original undamaged, unopened packaging.  Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage or opened and opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) are not eligible for return. No exceptions will be made.  Any items returned that is refused will be returned to sender upon senders payment of return shipping.  All exchanges will receive a store credit if the exchange for the same item is not available.

Erotic Oils, Lubes, Ambiance

Because of the nature these items these are NON RETURNABLE.  This includes but is not limited to liquids, oils, lubes, candles, edibles, body paints, aroma products etc.

Party Favorites

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.  Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received and must have original tags attached, and be returned in the original undamaged, unopened packaging.  Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage or opened which will prevent our ability to resale will not be accepted.  No exceptions will be made.  All exchanges will receive a store credit if the exchange for the same item is not available.

Adult Toys / Massagers

All adult toys and massagers are NON RETURNABLE.  If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange your product for an Identical Working Unit.  You must have the original packaging and you must call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Returns without an RA# are not accepted and will be returned to customer only after shipping charges for return have been paid.

Custom Made Products

Because of the nature these items these are NON RETURNABLE.  This includes but is not limited to clothing, lingerie, swimsuits, or any made to order and/ or customized items.

Return Disclaimer

All return items will be inspected upon receipt and any items not meeting our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender at the sender’s expense.  We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% to 25% depending on the product and inspection findings.  We will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier’s address specifications.  Shipping labels will be printed based off the information provided by the customer.  Orders returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or because customer did not coordinate for pick up per carriers instructions will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered shipping/handling charges will apply for re-delivery if we are contacted of this intent within 5 business days of returned items.
