PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

At Erotic Elation LLC, the Users privacy and security is Erotic Elation LLC top priority and Erotic Elation LLC is committed to protecting Erotic Elation LLC’s Users privacy at all times, in all situations.  The following is Erotic Elation LLC’s Privacy and Security Policy.

1. Information
When a User creates an account, becomes a member, or  makes a purchase on EroticElation.com, as part of the process, Erotic Elation LLC collects personal information the User give Erotic Elation LLC such as the Users name, physical address, shipping address, phone number, credit card information, email address, etc on EroticElation.com forms.  When the User browses EroticElation.com, Erotic Elation LLC also may receive the Users computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide Erotic Elation LLC with information that helps Erotic Elation LLC learn about the Users browser and operating system.  Erotic Elation LLC will keep a record of this information and held in the strictest of confidence which is covered by Erotic Elation LLC Privacy and Security Policy.  From the time the User enters the EroticElation.com until the package arrives at the Users delivery address the Users entire transaction will be completed discretely and privately.  Erotic Elation LLC does not sell User information to any third parties.

2. Consent
   By the User providing Erotic Elation LLC with personal information to open an account, become a member, complete transaction, verify the Users credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase it is at the User’s discretion and hence a voluntary disclosure of the information by the User to Erotic Elation LLC. Any requests for additional information to be used for other reasons including but not limited to advertising, marketing, etc will include a request for the Users expressed consent.3. Opt-Out
   When a User makes a purchase from EroticElation.com, the User is required to provide personal information. This allows Erotic Elation LLC to contact the User with order updates and online shipping confirmations and responses to customer service inquiries. The User should review the forms for automatically selected options to provide additional information, solicitations, and/ or services.  To opt-out of any of these selections simply uncheck the box.  If the User does elect to subscribe to Erotic Elation LLC automatic options, please know that the User may unsubscribe or change User subscription preferences at any time.  For any requests beyond those required for completing the transaction, membership, or creation of an account that the User decides to no longer be a part of, they may withdraw their consent by simply updating the account preferences or by contacting Erotic Elation LLC at anytime at Service@EroticElation.com.  Note standard processing of 2-6 weeks for review and removal of requested information applies.

   4. Disclosure
   Erotic Elation LLC may disclose the Users personal information as required by law or in the event the User violates Erotic Elation LLC Terms and Conditions Agreement.

   5. Data Storage
   Erotic Elation.com is an online e-commerce platform that allows Erotic Elation LLC to sell products and services to Users.  The Users data is stored on Erotic Elation LLC’s hosted website data storage, databases, and the general application.

6. Payment:
   All payments are handled through a secure gateway such as PayPal and the Users purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the transaction. After the transaction is completed, the Users information is deleted unless the User selects for the information to be retained for future use. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
7. Third Party Services
   In general, the third-party providers used by Erotic Elation LLC will only collect, use, and disclose the Users information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to Erotic Elation LLC. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information Erotic Elation LLC is required to provide to them for the Users purchase-related transactions. For these providers, Erotic Elation LLC recommends that the User read their privacy policies so that the User can understand the manner in which the Users personal information will be handled by these providers.  It should be noted that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located at different jurisdictions than either the User or Erotic Elation LLC.  So if the User so elects to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then the Users information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

8. Discrete Packaging
   The Users privacy is Erotic Elation LLC utmost concern and therefore Erotic Elation LLC will ship all of the User packages in nondescript boxes or envelopes that are sealed with reinforced tape with no indication of the contents of the package. Please note that Erotic Elation LLC uses third party suppliers that direct ship for Erotic Elation LLC. While Erotic Elation LLC has reviewed and approved these suppliers discrete shipping methods, these methods may change from time to time.  Erotic Elation LLC will attempt to ensure that these packages meet Erotic Elation LLC high standards for discrete shipping.
9. Links
   When a User clicks on links on EroticElation.com, they may direct the User away from EroticElation.com. Erotic Elation LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourages the User to read their privacy statements.

10. Security
    The User can shop online at EroticElation.com with confidence; EroticElation.com Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate enables Erotic Elation LLC to protect transactions and other activity on EroticElation.com with as much as 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, Erotic Elation LLC follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.11. Use of cookies:
    Cookies are small files created by the Users browser to enable EroticElation.com systems to recognize the User when the User returns allowing the User to take full advantage of EroticElation.com features, use EroticElation.com shopping cart, or place an order. This information is for internal use only; Erotic Elation LLC does not share it with others. 

    12. Age of Consent:
    By using this EroticElation.com, the User represents that they are at least 18 years of age.  EroticElation.com asks the User to confirm that the User is 18 years of age or older to order products from EroticElation.com.  Erotic Elation LLC does not sell Erotic Elation LLC products to minors.

11. Changes to this Privacy and Security Policy
    Erotic Elation LLC reserve the right to modify this Privacy and Security Policy at any time, therefore Erotic Elation LLC advises that Users review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on EroticElation.com. If Erotic Elation LLC is acquired or merges with another company, the Users information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell products to the User.
